sign in to your account click on Manage/Edit link from the mini-quene on the right side of your screen. From the shipped movies list click on “report problem” link for that movie on the right side under dvd problem. you can select the issue and they will try to track the problem.
They usually tell you to report it as missing if you don’t receive it within 3 days of the expected arrival date. I’ve had some movies take as long as 8 days. They’ll give you the option of having the same movie shipped again or you can get the next one in your queue. I think they expect and accept a certain number to get lost in the mail but unless you’ve got a habitual problem with missing dvds, you’ll never have to pay.
Might wanna contact their customer service support. Their services have been gold so far.
I’ve also come across a website that pays you $20 into your Paypal account when you signup for a one month trial membership to Blockbuster. I’ve actually had a friend who got paid. No harm to try this out. Go take a look at thefreebieworld.com/dvdrental
